About the Project:The Global HRSC Integration project aims to centralize and standardize HR support across 26 entities by consolidating operations in our HR Service Centers and strategically outsourcing key processes. The HR Transformation Manager will play a pivotal role in executing this transformation across multiple countries, starting with Spain, Italy, France, and the Netherlands in Wave 1, and expanding to up to 25 additional countries in subsequent waves.

This role requires close collaboration with HR Shared Services Centers (HRSCs), Centers of Expertise (COEs), external vendors, and HR business partnering teams to ensure smooth implementation, process optimization, and the adoption of new HR technologies and systems. You will be working with the project manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the project roll out.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

  • Successfully centralize HR services, harmonize policies, and implement new technologies across countries in two waves.
  • Collaborate closely with the project lead and coordinator to ensure timely execution of project milestones, keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee the harmonization of HR policies across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with global standards while adhering to local legal requirements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with the project team, HR Service Centers (HRSCs), Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Business Partnering teams, and in-country colleagues to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and clear on their roles in the project's successful delivery.
  • Manage relationships and engage key stakeholders to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure buy-in throughout the project.

Process Harmonization & Optimization

  • Deliver the harmonization of HR processes across participating countries, ensuring a consistent approach that aligns with global standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes.

Experience:

  • Policy Harmonisation
  • Digital Transformation Projects: Successfully led multiple digital transformation projects that resulted in significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Technology Integration: Managed the integration of advanced technologies into existing business systems, enhancing data-driven decision-making and workforce productivity.
  • Change Management: Developed and executed change management strategies that facilitated smooth transitions to new processes, writing SOP's and documentation.
