We are looking for a Systems Administrator/DevOps Engineer to manage the deployment, maintenance, and technical support of applications across development, test, pre-production, and production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, enhance system performance, and contribute to IT projects while mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

System Management & Deployment

  • Maintain, deploy, and support applications across various environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Oversee data sources (MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Hadoop, etc.).

Automation & Infrastructure

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
  • Manage Kubernetes and containerized environments.
  • Automate infrastructure with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and scripting (Bash, Python).

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide expertise on open-source technologies and best practices.
  • Work with enterprise architects to ensure solutions align with business goals.
  • Support security compliance and incident/problem management processes.

Performance & Monitoring

  • Enhance monitoring and reporting for system performance.
  • Collaborate on capacity planning and ensure systems meet business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/SUSE), scripting (Bash, Python).
  • Knowledge of web services (Apache/Tomcat), message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
