Responsibilities

- Cloud Migration: Design and implement strategies, assess current infrastructure, and develop migration plans.
- Architecture: Develop and maintain blueprints and roadmaps for cloud solutions.
- Collaboration: Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Leadership: Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure best practices.
- Compliance: Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure security and governance compliance.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and integrate third-party solutions.
- Training: Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff.
- Senior Role: Tackle complex architecture and design challenges, mentor ICT staff, and apply EA frameworks to develop ICT strategy and solutions.
- Investment Plan: Develop and justify the annual technology investment plan.
- Business Drivers: Identify and clarify business drivers and goals for investments.
- Architecture Models: Develop Business, Application, Data, and Technology models.
- Program Support: Ensure quality and support delivery programs from start to finish.
- Risk Management: Identify, quantify, and mitigate technology-related risks.
- Interdependencies: Map and manage interdependencies between technologies, processes, and projects.
- Technical Proposals: Develop and manage technical proposals and costings, including risk and contingency planning.
- Technology Reuse: Reuse existing technologies to reduce costs and exploit new opportunities.
- Best Practices: Implement best practices and innovative technologies to ensure technical excellence.
