Legal Technology Support Analyst

Our global law firm client are actively looking for a new Legal Technology Support Analyst (iManage, HighQ, Legal Tech, 365, Desktop Support) to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client are a 1000+ user global law firm who invest heavily into modern and top tier technologies which enables class leading projects! They are extremely organised, streamlined and have genuine track records of delivery and completion.

To be considered for this Legal Technology Support Analyst (iManage, HighQ, Legal Tech, 365, Desktop Support) role, it's ideal that you have:

  • 1-2 years within IT Support
  • Law firm experience
  • Familiarity with legal technology (iManage, HighQ and more)

Duties

  • First point of contact for all support queries relating to the legal tech products.
  • Logging of requests and problems.
  • End to end resolution of simple issues and escalation of complex issues to the appropriate Knowledge Engineer.
  • Monitoring open issues, chasing where required to ensure timely resolution.
  • Preparation of team knowledge bank documentation and gathering of information to knowledge share with team.
  • Suggest and develop ideas for improving current processes.
  • Reporting and general maintenance of the Legal Tech products
