In this office based role you will be responsible for offering technical support to a range of different clients. This will include Switch Networks, configuration of products, remote access, connectivity issues, VLAN's.
The ideal candidate will be from a Networking/hardware background wanting to be in a multi-faceted role and commutable to the Liverpool site.
