Role: Network & Hardware Engineer

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 DoE

Working Pattern: On-site

This company is actively seeking a Network & Hardware Engineer to join their team based in Liverpool. You will be responsible for providing technical support for Network and other IT Services. This role is primarily office based, with some client visits when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement corporate switch networks, including VLANs and routing protocols.
  • Address network incidents, troubleshoot connectivity problems, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to the company's overall IT strategy.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience with Cisco or other Network solutions.
  • Experience with Hardware.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Oversee internal network resources, including access points, switches, and routers, to support business operations and ensure secure connectivity.
