Data Breach Team Leader

Salary: Up to £50k depending on experience

Location: Liverpool

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Breach Team Leader to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our client's growing Data Breach Dept.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Fee Earners ensuring the efficient handling of claims.

Our client deals with high quality Data Breach cases and have grown steadily over the past few years. They are now looking to recruit a Team Leader to oversee the team whilst handling a small case-load.

Key Responsibilities of the Data Breach Team Leader:

  • Managing a case-load of litigated and pre-litigated Data Breach files
  • Undertake Court Telephone Hearing
  • Reviewing files
  • Managing a team of five fee earners
  • Liaising with ATE providers
  • Liaising with Medical agencies
  • Conducting 1-2-1's with the team
  • Monthly meeting with senior management board

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong experience handling Data Breach Claims from inception to settlement
  • Proven track record of managing a team in a claims environment
