Location: Liverpool - Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DoE) + Bonus + Outstanding Benefits

The Role:
As a Business Change & IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects that enhance business processes and technology adoption. You'll work across IT, operations, and senior leadership teams to implement changes that improve efficiency and customer experience.
The Client:
Our client is a well-established B2B technology business that is investing heavily in digital transformation. They are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead change initiatives and ensure smooth technology rollouts across the organisation.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT & business change project management
- Strong understanding of business process transformation and IT system implementation
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations at all levels
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable:
- PRINCE2, PMP, or Change Management certification
- Experience working in B2B technology environments
