We have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Project Manager to lead the integration of HR and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tooling solutions across our business. Working closely with our Compliance team, this role will focus on the seamless integration of existing ecosystems, while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

The role will suit someone with prior change management project experience or proven experience of implementing IT integrations across a large scale. This role is permanent and will be based full-time at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.

The key accountabilities in the role are:

  • Lead the implementation of GRC tools, with focus on Microsoft 365 integration
  • Oversee the integration of HR systems, with payroll infrastructure and coordinate seamless data flow between HR and payroll systems
  • Create detailed project plans, with clear milestones and deliverables, and manage multiple vendor relationships and internal stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation including technical specifications, integration architecture diagrams and user manuals
  • Establish, track and be accountable for project KPIs

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 admin centre and compliance features
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll software integration
  • Managed change control processes, in similar IT projects
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integration methodologies
  • A can-do attitude and hands on approach to project delivery
