Technical Administrator

We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support for a range of complex repair projects. This role is crucial in ensuring service delivery is efficient and adheres to all necessary protocols, with a significant focus on financial impacts.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Schedule appointments and liaise with contractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Compile and evaluate disclosure documents necessary for project completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports including payments, post-inspection of works, and collation of information for various databases such as stock records, disrepair logs, stock condition records, and asbestos management.
  • Process letters of claim promptly upon receipt and support case management activities including system updates and accurate collation of files and claim documentation on behalf of Asset and Legal teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with protocols to deliver financial savings to the organisation.
  • Assist contractors with the scheduling of works, tracking, and monitoring through to completion, ensuring standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within technical or asset management fields.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with contractors and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in database management and document handling.
  • Ability to adhere to and enforce strict protocols and standards.
  • Experience in handling legal and financial documents is highly advantageous.
