Finance Systems Analyst - Temporary Ongoing

Liverpool City Centre - Up to 45,000 DOE

I am delighted to be partnered with this public services organisation as they seek a Finance Systems specialist to join the team on a temporary basis. Based in beautiful historic offices in Liverpool City Centre, this organisation boast a brilliant working environment and a great name in the local area.

Due to a new system being implemented, they are in need of immediate support from somebody with great systems knowledge and ability.

Key duties of this role will include:

  • Undertake extensive and detailed troubleshooting and testing to investigate system issues, manage stakeholder relationship with software suppliers to minimise service disruption.
  • Responsible for day-to-day system support and system administration tasks, ensuring that SLAs are met, and an outstanding customer service is provided.
  • Ownership of the development and maintenance of system business processes, understanding stakeholder and operational needs.
  • Lead the team to deliver support and maintenance on system forms to ensure functionality meets the needs of both internal FPRS teams and end users.

In order to be considered for this role:

  • Experience of maintaining and developing systems
  • Proven experience in administering and optimising integrated systems
  • Demonstrated experience in system integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
