Your new companyI am currently working with a leading construction company who are looking for a technical administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Your new roleReporting to the compliance manager, the main purpose of your role is to:

  • Manage the process for the input of subcontractor certificates and subsequent payment using CRM tickets to keep business informed
  • To keep master data up to date for all subcontractors within business
  • To manage the input of applications as received and to ensure all applications have the correct backing documentation and are input right first time
  • Liaise with finance shared service centre for invoicing and certificate errors
  • Liaise with commercial staff and resolve any issues with payment notices
  • Identify common and reoccurring issues and escalate to management
  • To promote and drive the use of best practice across all areas by collaborating with colleagues and supporting new initiatives
  • To act as the business expert regarding all processing of information on the Oracle Application and Certificate platform
  • Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the purchase to pay process across all functions

What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a similar role, have excellent attention to detail and be able to pick up new systems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
