What You'll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for finance system queries, managing and organising support requests
- Ensuring accurate data input across key finance systems
- Monitoring system usage and keeping records up to date
- Helping to test and implement new system updates and process improvements
- Working on automation projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Supporting financial teams by troubleshooting system issues and finding solutions
- Creating and maintaining clear process documentation

What We're Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest in data and finance
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data handling)
- Excellent communication skills - confident in working with different teams
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Experience with finance systems useful but not required
- A degree in finance, business, or a related subject is desirable but not essential
