Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Central Liverpool
Salary: 30,000 - 37,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support to resolve technical issues and queries.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and systems.
- Collaborate with 1st line support to ensure smooth escalation of complex issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a 2nd line IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 stack, and network troubleshooting.
- Other applications and technologies including virtualisation, cloud support
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
