Initially 6 month-FTC
Role:
- Provide 1st-2nd Line Support
- Be the first point of contact for all tech related issues
- Resolve IT issues and requests
- Escalate where necessary
- Provide a professional and personable service to end users
- Deskside and remote support
To succeed in this role:
- Minimum 2 years working in an IT Support Technician role
- Demonstrable experience resolving technical queries
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for technology
