Working as part of a professional training team, you will be providing high-level IT training and support for the needs of the business, including remote and onsite training.

The role only requires you to be in the office 2-3 days per week with the rest working from home, giving you a great work/life balance!

Responsibilities

Creating training material, preparing, and delivering training to internal users. This will include involvement in Firm-wide rollouts, new starter induction training, as well as the continuing development of Firm employees.

Essential skills

  • Must have experience of working as an IT Trainer in a professional services firm
  • Experience of all Microsoft Office applications, in particular, MS Word
  • Ability to deliver training to staff at all levels within the organisation, and with varying degrees of technical ability
  • eLearning training tools - creating eLearning training for users
  • Technical knowledge required - Windows 10, Office 365
  • Experience with document management systems such as iManage (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
