Production/CAD CAM Engineer

Liverpool (South East)-Commutable from Liverpool, Widnes, Runcorn, St Helens, Warrington

Excellent Salary plus 25 days leave plus Benefits

37.5 Hours Mon-Fri with flex start/end times and early Fri finish

Are you a mechanical engineer from a precision engineering/manufacturing background looking for a varied role, with a combination of hands-on shopfloor work with more project based continuous improvement, design and failure investigation tasks?

The company are a market leading bespoke pharmaceutical manufacturer with a global presence. The company pride themselves on their high tech, clean and fast paced environment, due to its continuous growth and expansion are looking to develop the team.


The Role:

  1. Permanent, full time, varied position working in precision engineering environment for a pharmaceutical manufacturer
  2. Combination of hands on shopfloor tasks and projects based process improvement work
  3. Define manufacturing and inspection processes such as CNC & CMM programs and quality investigation plans.
  4. Failure investigation and continuous improvement work


The Person:

  1. Academic background in Mechanical Engineering
  2. Working experience in a precision manufacturing environment
  3. Working understanding of CNC Machined products, CAD modelling, CAM programming, G-Codes and programming of CMM equipment (as many of these as possible though some training can be provided).
