Your new roleIn your new role as Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will develop standardised production methods, create equipment specifications to meet performance, quality, and financial targets, and implement industrialisation to ensure error-proofing, process integrity, and capability. Alongside this, you will lead business standardisation, study product requirements, collaborate with customers, and develop cost-effective, efficient manufacturing methods. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this Manufacturing Process Engineer role, you will have experience in a fast-paced production environment, ideally in a machining or automotive manufacturing facility in a similar improvement-based engineering position. You will possess the capability to implement lean manufacturing techniques, in order to meet company and customer requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a salary up to £55,000 dependent on your experience and qualifications.
