A well-established insurance group who has a number of sites across the UK and are a well renowned Wheels Insurance specialist now seek to appoint a new Service Advisor to join their Taxi Insurance team, based in Liverpool (L5).
This position sits on in their customer service team, with the purpose of the role being to handle inbound customer enquiries and handling insurance mid term adjustments for Public and Private Hire insurance clients. The role requires dealing with clients over the phone and via e-mail to ensure service targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication & negotiation skills.
We are keen to hear from you if you are highly self-motivated, driven & can deliver excellent customer service whilst hitting targets.
They are keen to speak to you if you have service based experience gained within insurance, or insurance claims, or even a car sales service background!
Salary on offer is £22-25k, plus bonus (circa £150 paid monthly) with 20 days holiday to start.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
