We are seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Broker to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on fleet insurance, helping clients choose the right policies to meet their needs. A passion for developing business and a commitment to building lasting relationships with clients are essential.
Duties:
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies based on their individual needs and circumstances.
- Dealing with inbound calls and generating leads
- Carrying out meeting with potential customers and discussing options
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify the best options available for clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers to secure favourable deals for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new products to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fleet insurance is essential.
- A commercial/book of business is a bonus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyse complex information and market data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in sales administration processes and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
