Spotlight Jobs now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join a well-established Insurance Broker in Liverpool.
Working as Senior Commercial Account Handler you will need to possess at least 5 years experience working with a variety of commercial insurance products. You will be dealing with a variety of clients in a number of business sectors, you will deal with the day-to-day running of the account, answer queries, renewals and ad hoc queries. A full clean driving license is ideal as travel will be involved but not essential. This role can be Hybrid or working from the office.
Candidates should have the following experience.
- Will have good, proven commercial insurance experience within an Account Handling role ( Minimum 2 years experience)
- You should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of commercial insurance, but training will be provided for candidates lacking experience within some areas.
- Have excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with clients at different levels.
- Will have the ability to work under pressure whilst managing your time effectively.
- Acturis experience is advantageous.
