Description

  • Provide support and advice to clients through telephone and web chat.
  • Using sensitive listening and questioning skills to ensure we get to the root of the issue.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Manage and prioritise case loads effectively.
  • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions.

Profile

A successful Claim Benefits Advisor should have:

  • Knowledge and experience of the benefits system, including benefit check calculations.
  • A passion for customer service and helping others.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to priorities tasks.
  • Good ITC knowledge - to support clients if necessary.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team.
