As a Claims Handler, you’ll manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, including personal injury (PI), from start to settlement.

You’ll ensure efficient and effective claims handling, maintaining high levels of service and productivity.

Collaborating with colleagues within the firm, you’ll deliver consistent service quality.

Accurate data input, client communication, mentoring, and auditing files are also part of your role.

Working Hours:

    • You’ll work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5:00 pm, with an unpaid hour for lunch.
    • The primary location for this role is the Liverpool office.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

    • Experience dealing with motor PI claims under the predictive costs regime is desirable.
    • Familiarity with the MOJ portal (stages 1 and 2) is beneficial.
    • Pre-litigation experience is essential.
    • Handling claims outside the MOJ and predictive cost regime is also valuable.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
    • Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, negotiation abilities, and organizational competence.
    • Ability to mentor and support new team members.
