Job Description:

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims Manager to join their dynamic team in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading our prestige and electric vehicle credit hire claims department, ensuring efficient claims processing, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise in handling complex claims, attention to detail, and leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Management:

Oversee the entire credit hire claims process for prestige and electric vehicles, from initial intake to resolution.

Review and assess complex claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Collaborate with legal teams and insurance companies to negotiate and settle claims in a timely and cost-effective manner. Maintain a high level of expertise in prestige and electric vehicle claims, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and implement quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards in claims processing.

Conduct regular audits of claims files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.

Identify and address training needs within the claims team to enhance performance and knowledge.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate reports on claims department performance, including key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

Analise claims data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in credit hire claims management, with a focus on prestige and electric vehicles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the credit hire claims process and industry regulations in the UK.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of claims specialists.
