A new position has arisen for an Export Operations Coordinator to join this established business. With a large workforce and global network this business has a huge customer base and now requires an additional Export Operations Coordinator due to an increase in volumes.

This is an extremely busy role and will require you to liaise with customers, shipping lines, internal departments and other offices alike to ensure all the export bookings are managed accurately and to deadline. You will be required to produce all the necessary export documentation including bills of lading, liaising with customs, producing invoices and all necessary certificates in line with company policy.

In order to be successful in this position you must be able to work under pressure, have great communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritise a busy workload ensuring each booking is dealt with satisfactorily. Candidates must be able to display relevant, current experience dealing with export operations and documentation within a freight forwarding, shipping or logistics department and have worked within Ocean exports.
