A new requirement for a permanent Import Coordinator - Ocean Freight, has arisen for this international, blue chip business. With a customer key account focus, this is a rewarding position that will make use of your extensive Import skills, offering fantastic support, job variety and a great working atmosphere.

Key duties will include:

  • Manage Ocean Import bookings for a nominated customer accounts.
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed to meet internal, customer and legal requirements
  • Ensuring that customer invoices are processed efficiently and effectively
  • Make the necessary customs entries as required to meet HM Customs & Excise requirements.
  • Tracking shipments and releasing containers via PIN list

With a proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative, candidates must have Imports experience working within either shipping, freight forwarding, retail or manufacturing industries.
