Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the import and export of goods across global destinations.
- Coordinate collections with transport companies and ensure smooth logistics.
- Collaborate with clients, branch offices, agents, and transport providers.
- Provide top-notch customer service by handling inquiries and keeping clients updated.
- Track shipments, process invoicing, and manage pre-alerts.
- Prepare and process Customs entries as needed.
- Oversee shipments through to final delivery.
- Handle job costing and invoicing efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years’ experience with a UK-based freight forwarding company.
- Hands-on experience managing air, road, or sea freight imports/exports.
- Solid knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
- Familiarity with freight software (e.g., Cargowise, Multifreight).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
