Stores Envoy / Stock Controller

Part Time: Monday to Thursday - 10am - 2pm

Location - Liverpool

About the Role of a Stores Envoy:

You will be responsible for ensuring the Stores are maintained to a high standard and take full responsibility for the availability of products of which will be bought both effectively and efficiently to deliver savings to the Client.

Key Responsibilities of the Stores Envoy:

  • Process orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Issue stock products to clients promptly.
  • Expedite outstanding purchase orders as needed.
  • Log goods into the stock system with precision.
  • Confirm customer deliveries on time.
  • Complete and authorize necessary documentation.
  • Perform regular stock checks.
  • Assign and record locations for new stock.
  • Action and record stock adjustments appropriately.


Key Skills of the stores Envoy:

  • Strong Administration skills
  • Experience of working in a picking role previously
  • Working in a Fast-paced environment with responsive action
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent IT/Computer Skills (SAP, MS Excel are desirable)
  • FLT license is desirable.
