Investment Operations Administrator
Our client is a UK-based discretionary fund management company offering fund strategies to institutional and retail clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Investment Operations Administrator to join their Liverpool office, providing front office portfolio support to fund managers and an outstanding experience for clients.
The Investment Operations Administrator is a permanent, hybrid role offering a basic salary of £35,000, bonus up to 20% and benefits that include Pension, life cover, PMI and 25 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Key tasks will include:
- Oversight of the operational running of the portfolio management system (PMS)
- Monitor settlement of trades and corporate actions
- Support manual dealing
- Maintenance of static data
- Onboarding/offboarding of funds to the PMS
- Review and improve internal processes and contribute to the development of tech solutions for the business
- Work with internal and external stakeholders

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Investment Operations or Middle Office role
- Experience with Equities, Fixed Income and derivatives
- Ideally, IOC/IMC or similar
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
