Your new companyMy client, a leading global organisation specialising in pensions, is seeking several professional pension administrators to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new roleThe roles are being offered full time from Monday to Friday with a hybrid model in place. Some of your duties will include but not limited to Deliver agreed outputs as directedComplete complex benefit calculationsAccurately check complex benefit calculations and prepare and produce standard and ad hoc reports.Prioritise and manage your own workload to ensure that work is completed within agreed timeframes with clients.Accurately check, update and maintain member data on systems as required.Assist the Manager to ensure the output of the team is accurate and delivered within deadlines at all times.Coach and mentor peer groups as required.What you'll need to succeedMinimum of 2 years' experience of working with a combination of DB, DC and hybrid schemesPrevious experience of working on projects, adhering to delivery timelines and agreed outputs.Strong stakeholder management skillsAdvanced MS Word and Excel skills and the ability to manipulate data for analysis/reporting.Previous working knowledge of pension buy-in's/out's and transition processes, GMP Projects and pension legislation is highly advantageous.Excellent communicator, with the ability to influence key stakeholdersWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive Salary at £28 - £36k per annum Hybrid model Friendly and supportive team Progression opportunities What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
