High Level Electrical Technician – Liverpool –12 month FTC to possible perm
Starting on £50k to £60k depending on experience
Shift working - (including days, afters, nights and some weekends)

Your New Opportunity

  • Carry out complex electrical fault finding, reliability checks, and carry out trouble shooting on electrical systems
  • Review and read technical data to understand why issues are occurring to help improve fleet reliability.
  • Working to written vehicle maintenance instructions (VMI’s) to complete examinations and inspections of the trains
  • You will become a point of contact for technical questions other engineers might have

The Candidate

  • You will have previous experience in a similar role and environment
  • You will have previous experience of understanding technical data, carrying out diagnostics and reporting all issues that arise.
  • You will be a team player with the experience to work independently – a problem solver with an aptitude to think on your feet and carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks
  • You will be ok working shifts earlies, lates and nights
  • You must be able to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test
