Are you passionate about data quality and eager to make a meaningful impact in the Housing, Care, and Support industry? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Data Quality Analyst to join their Business Intelligence & Strategic Insight Team!

About the Role:In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering the Group's Data Quality strategy and ensuring that accurate, reliable information supports informed decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with Data Owners and Stewards, driving improvements in data consistency and quality across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to enhance Data Quality maturity.
  • Collaborate with various functions to deliver credible, robust performance information.
  • Maintain and develop Data Dictionaries and Glossaries for key data entities.
  • Measure and improve data accuracy, reconciling BI reports for consistency.
  • Prepare and coordinate submissions of non-financial regulatory returns.
  • Communicate insights effectively through presentations and written reports.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a Data Quality role, with hands-on data profiling and cleansing.
  • Proficiency in SQL and high competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continual learning.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a regulated industry and knowledge of BI software (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Ability to think strategically, promoting innovation while considering service needs.
