People Data Analyst - Success Factors - Sought by Financial Services - FTC - Liverpool

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise with Success Factors People Analytics (Report Stories).
  • SQL proficiency for querying, analysing and interpreting large data sets (ideally Snowflake).
  • Experience developing MI reports and working with complex HR data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience developing dashboards in visualisation tools, ideally Power BI or Tableau.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

As a Technical SME across People data products, the role is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality reporting solutions and insights to the business.
