Role: ESOL Teacher
Location: Greater Manchester
Rate of pay: 30 per hour
Type: Temporary, Full Time
is seeking a dedicated and dynamic ESOL Teacher on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Merseyside.
This is full time, temporary, on going and is to start as soon as possible.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students from diverse backgrounds who are eager to improve their English skills for further education, employment, and integration into the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective ESOL lessons tailored to a variety of skill levels, from Entry to level 1
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
* Work collaboratively with the ESOL team to develop and implement a high-quality curriculum.
Requirements
Qualifications: CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Proven experience teaching ESOL to adults, preferably in a college setting.
Skills:
* Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
