Are you a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to inspire students? We are seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time MFL Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in West Lancashire from April 22nd, 2025, until the end of the academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to teach languages to students aged 11-16 in a school rated 'Good' by Ofsted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality MFL lessons to students in years 7-11.
  • Plan, prepare, and mark lessons and homework to support student progress.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve and achieve their potential.
  • Collaborate effectively with the MFL department and other staff members.
  • Monitor and support student progress throughout the year.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Passionate about teaching MFL and inspiring young learners.
  • Ability to plan and deliver lessons that challenge and engage students.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Committed to planning, marking, and supporting student development.

Essentials:

  • QTS or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching MFL at KS3 and KS4 level.
  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo a new check.
  • Full and complete 10-year career history.
  • Minimum of 2 references, including your most recent employment reference.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
