Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading defendant insurance firms in Liverpool, and form part of its incredibly well-regarded catastrophic injury department. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a Partner on very complex matters, alongside managing complex matters of your own.
Your role will include:
- Assisting on post litigation claims valued in excess of £5million
- Managing your own caseload of claims valued in excess of £250,000
- Working on claims involve complex injuries, consisting of brain, spinal cord and amputations caused by an RTA
- Managing the day to day running of files, reviewing evidence, drafting correspondence, court documents etc
Your experience:
- Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with ideally 3-7years post qualification experience
- Defendant experience preferable but not essential
- Strong litigation expertise
