Service Care Solutions is working alongside an employee-focused local authority, based in Liverpool, which needs an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join their team. If you would like to have a positive impact on the local community of Liverpool and its surrounding areas then please read on!

The role has been confirmed on a 3 month rolling basis and can pay a competitive hourly rate of £55-£60ph umbrella. This position can operate on a hybrid basis with court/office attendance being 2 days a week (flexible on this).

The Role of a Childcare Lawyer:

  • Manage your own Childcare Law caseloads from start to completion whilst assisting others when required.
  • Deliver some advocacy on less complex Childcare Law caseloads.
  • Offer help and support to team members and others, including training where appropriate.

The Person:

  • Someone with 3+ years of PQE in Childcare Law and ideally someone who has worked for a Local Authority on Childcare Law matters.
  • Someone is able to manage their own caseload from start to completion.
  • Someone which excellent verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable with advocacy.
