Your new companyOur client is a reputable Liverpool law firm who are currently recruiting a Civil Liberties / Actions Against the Police Lawyer with 2+ years PQE to join their industry leaving team. Working in a modern city centre office, the firm offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working structure.Your new roleThis Civil Liberties / Actions Against the Police Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of post-inquest civil claims and Actions Against the Police. Claims will be a mix of fast and multi-track nature and may include battery, misfeasance, false imprisonment, human rights violations and data breach. What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor / lawyer with 2+ years experience. Previous experience handing your own caseload of inquests, civil liberties and/or actions against the police claims is essential.
