Solicitor – Licensed Conveyancer/Conveyancing Accredited CharteredLegal Executive – Commercial & Residential PropertyLocation: Liverpool (2 days in the office)Salary: CompetitiveMy client is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive to join their Commercial and Residential Property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload encompassing both commercial and residential property matters within a supportive and dynamic environment.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience and a strong background in handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord-tenant matters. They will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to landlords, tenants, property developers, and investors, ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, they will be required to draft and negotiate leases, tenancy agreements, and other property-related documentation while conducting thorough property due diligence.Applicants must be confident in managing their workload independently while also contributing effectively within a team. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal. A proactive and client-focused approach is key to succeeding in this role.Essential Criteria:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE in commercial and residential property law.
  • Proven experience handling a diverse caseload, including property transactions, leases, and landlord-tenant matters.
  • Strong knowledge of property law, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to clients.
  • Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience working in a firm with CQS accreditation.
  • Familiarity with Infotrack.
  • Experience handling high-value property transactions or complex landlord-tenant disputes.
  • Knowledge of planning, development, or property finance.
