Eventus Legal is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a full-service commercial law firm, based in their Liverpool City Centre office. This is a permanent, full-time job offering hybrid working, a competitive salary, a generous holiday allowance, health care and ongoing career development opportunities.

Role ResponsibilitiesThe incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be joining an ambitious and committed team. The day-to-day responsibilities within this job include:

  • Managing a caseload of commercial property transactions including L&T, leases, acquisitions and disposals
  • Advising clients on development projects, property finance and property investment
  • Negotiating and drafting commercial leases, licenses and contracts
  • Conducting due diligence (property searches and reviewing title documents)
  • Maintaining and building strong client relationships
  • Working alongside colleagues in other departments

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will ideally have between 1 and 4 years’ PQE with experience managing a caseload similar to that mentioned above will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and workloads effectively
  • A commercial mindset with a pragmatic approach
