A highly regarded Merseyside law firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team in Crosby. This role involves managing a diverse caseload and supervising a team to handle sensitive and complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Court of Protection matters, including cases involving HNW clients.
  • Manage a caseload of Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly.
  • Supervise a team handling Court of Protection cases.
  • Grow the department through business development.
  • Administer estates and engage in property-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 5 years PQE.
  • Extensive experience in Court of Protection matters.
  • Proficiency in handling HNW clients, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly.
  • Property experience is advantageous.
  • Strong business development skills to expand the department.
