Defendant EL/PL Litigation Executive

An award-winning defendant firm in Liverpool city centre is looking for an experienced Fee Earner to join its expanding Fast Track EL/PL team. 

The role will see you acting on a caseload of fast-track EL/PL claims on behalf of the firm's Insurer clients. Ideally, you will be a Defendant Fee Earner with several years' experience in handling claims from instruction to settlement/trial, however, Claimant EL/PL or RTA specialists keen to work on EL/PL claims on behalf of the Defendants are also encouraged to apply.
