EL/PL Team LeaderA Personal Injury Team Leader is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.My client is a national, award winning law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Joining our client's leading team, you will supervise a team of individuals handling litigated EL/PL claims. You will lead, encourage, mentor and develop all members of the team to their maximum potential, to ensure the team meets its objectives and deliver their work standards as agreed in the client’s SLA.Duties will include:
  • Monthly 121 performance review
  • Setting objectives, monitoring performance, providing feedback and supporting professional development
  • Holding team meetings
  • Planning & distributing workload
  • Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and best practices
  • Staying up-to-date with legal developments
  • Acting as first point of contact for client complaints
 The ideal candidate will have recent and proven Litigation experience and we are happy to consider both Defendant and Claimant Team Leaders.
