Position: Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ years PQE)
Salary: Up to £45,000
About the Role:
My client is seeking a confident employment law solicitor/legal executive interested in specialising in Equality Act claims. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and ideally some background in handling discrimination claims.
You will manage a varied caseload of employment law matters and provide innovative, expert advice to an extensive client base.
Key Duties:
- Working on claimant matters across a range of contentious employment issues, including general advisory matters and tribunal representation.
Ideal Experience:
- At least 3 years of employment law experience.
- A professional outlook and a keen interest in social justice.
- Passionate about access to justice.
- A resilient individual with the drive and determination to succeed for clients.
