The successful candidate will take charge of the Family Law department, providing expert guidance to clients on a wide range of family law issues. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead a team and make a significant impact within the firm.Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the Family Law team and offering expert legal advice on various family law matters.
  • Fostering and maintaining robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing a caseload that includes both contentious and non-contentious family law work.
  • Providing strategic legal counsel to clients on family law topics.
  • Staying informed on updates in family law and ensuring clients are aware of any changes affecting them.
  • Driving business development for the team while nurturing existing client relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong technical proficiency in family law.
  • Previous experience in team development and leadership (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness with a strong emphasis on client service.
  • Exceptional client care and business development skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • A well-established presence in the North with a strong network of referrers.
