Your new companyOur client is a Top 40 UK full-service firm. They are currently recruiting 3+ PQE Healthcare Inquest Lawyers to join the Liverpool office. A competitive salary and hybrid working structure are available and negotiable dependent upon experience.Your new roleThis Healthcare Inquest Lawyer position will see you handle your own caseload of inquest files on behalf of a number of insurer clients, including, but not limited to, the NHS and care homes. You may also be asked to handle broader healthcare advisory work. You will be required to attend inquest hearings in court and provide advocacy at both pre-inquest review hearings and inquests. There is an element of travelling in this role as you may be asked to travel to attend courts on short notice. You will be expected to advise on a range of health and care-related issues. What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 3+ years PQE. Advocacy experience is essential. Experience in Court of Protection, Mental Health, Regulatory defence work, Healthcare and Inquests is desirable. You must have excellent soft skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a successful team.
