Your new companyOur client is an award-winning insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting an Industrial Disease Solicitor to join either their Liverpool, Birmingham or Leicester office. This role is open to claimant and defendant solicitors with previous NIHL experience. Your new roleThis Industrial Disease Solicitor role will see you handle your own caseload of litigated noise-induced hearing loss, hand-arm vibration syndrome/work-related upper limb disorders and asbestos-related injuries with minimal supervision. Along with your own caseload, you will assist senior associates and partners on high-value complex claims. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor or lawyer with 0-5 years PQE. Those qualified by experience are also encouraged to apply. You must have previous experience handling your own caseload of industrial disease claims.
