Litigation Manager
Salary up to £60k plus benefits
We are looking for a Litigation Manager to join a Civil Litigation Law firm based in Liverpool city centre.
Your main responsibility is to manage a team of Housing Disrepair Fee Earners and to oversee the day-to-day management of their work.
We are looking for a natural leader who can motivate, inspire and maintain strong working relationships with staff.
Responsibilities of Litigation Manager:-
- Management of a team of Fee Earners
- Manage team's performance
- Motivate and support
- Maintain strong working relationships with team
- Identifying and setting up training when necessary for team members
- Manage team absences / complaints working closely with the in-house HR team
Qualifications / Skillset
- Experience in a similar Litigation role in either HDR, Financial Mis-selling or EL/PL/RTA
- Proven experience in management within a Law firm environment
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Leadership experience
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic
- IT literate

- Salary up to 60k depending on experience
