Litigation Manager

Salary up to £60k plus benefits

We are looking for a Litigation Manager to join a Civil Litigation Law firm based in Liverpool city centre.

Your main responsibility is to manage a team of Housing Disrepair Fee Earners and to oversee the day-to-day management of their work.

We are looking for a natural leader who can motivate, inspire and maintain strong working relationships with staff.

Responsibilities of Litigation Manager:-

  • Management of a team of Fee Earners
  • Manage team's performance
  • Motivate and support
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team
  • Identifying and setting up training when necessary for team members
  • Manage team absences / complaints working closely with the in-house HR team

Qualifications / Skillset

  • Experience in a similar Litigation role in either HDR, Financial Mis-selling or EL/PL/RTA
  • Proven experience in management within a Law firm environment
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic
  • IT literate

Salary / Benefits

  • Salary up to 60k depending on experience
