Senior Litigator
A well established firm of solicitors provides an extensive array of legal services to both commercial and individual clients. Known for their friendly and approachable team, they specialise in their respective areas of law. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to assume a leadership position within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Duties Include:
- Taking initial instructions from clients and progressing their cases to conclusion
- Providing legal advice tailored to the client's needs and the type of matter handled
- Giving precise instructions, including dictation, to support staff and others
Candidate Specification:
- Experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Company and Commercial work, and Employment law
- Ability to act as Head of Department
- Capable of developing and managing your area of work and department effectively and profitably
