With offices in Liverpool, Leigh, Runcorn, and Warrington, the firm is committed to helping clients who have suffered due to medical errors obtain justice and the best possible compensation. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling clinical and medical negligence claims and will place a strong emphasis on understanding and supporting clients through challenging times. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in medical negligence cases.
  • Handle claims involving various medical fields including hospital treatment, GP care, dentistry, optometry, and pharmacy errors.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, including medical records and witness statements.
  • Draft legal documents, prepare case files, and manage all aspects of litigation.
